My wife Kahala is an amazing writer and was vegan for 10 years. We have travelled around the world working together with the best of the best restaurants that cater to alternative lifestyles and diverse taste palettes.

We offer restaurants visual activations that introduces them to locals and tourists in their areas, and to broaden their community.

We are always open to new collaborations, looking to bring our readers new and exciting dining options.

CHAI’BA

Every once in a blue moon, you come across a dining experience that just leaves you speechless. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does.. it’s a moment to savor. Chai’Ba Street Kitchen and Bar was one of those experiences. We weren’t anticipating eating the best Indian food of our lives on a small island in Indonesia, and it caught us off guard.

GINGER AND JAMU

We were coming off an amazing couple of days exploring Nusa Pedina. The island was one of the most beautiful we’d ever seen, and we spent long days driving on crazy dirt roads, climbing down cliff sides to deserted beaches and spending one afternoon searching for the drone after it crashed into a mountain. Needless to say, we were exhausted and our diet had been consisting of mainly authentic Indonesian dishes, so tons of rice and noodles, and we were craving something FRESH. Daydreaming of smoothies, juices, maybe even a salad or some simple sautéed vegetables.. little did we know, our dreams were about to come true. Ginger and Jamu
